I’ve been experimenting with a new system that I believe may be the best weight loss for men program out there. As men, we all have foods that we love to eat and don’t really want to give up or order to stick to a diet. For myself, it’s chocolate ice cream and a big steak and a baked potato. I’ve struggle with maintaining my weight and still enjoying the foods I really like, especially when I’ve become lax in my exercise program.

My problem has always been that I needed a program that was effective for weight loss, did not involve any type of weight loss pills, and would work long term as an effective tool for weight loss for men over 40 as well as the younger guys. I’m 45 now and to tell you the truth I’m kind of sick of watching everything I eat and doing long workouts.

Even though I have been extremely successful at losing weight every time I feel the need to, it still requires either a lot of exercise or carefully watching everything I eat.  Recently I came across a relatively new program that focuses not on what you eat, but when you eat.
