Well, I’m very obese woman and I am trying to lose weight. I have been eating healthier, I joined a gym too. Now, I am looking for exercise routines I can do at home with little to no equipment that will help me shed the pounds. Please be specific and etailed

just put the fork down, that will drop enough so that you can loose weight

You can get started with the following easy exercises that don’t require any equipment:
• Arm circles.
• Pushups (on the wall and on the chair)
• Crunches
• Cat crunch
• Goblet squat
• Lunges
• 3-point calf raises
• Stretches
I enjoy doing all of the above easy exercises.
