I always here about ppl loosing weight after an exercise routine, well im skinny i want to gain muscle mass! Should i still try these routines but just eat more?

@christheking14086 i wouldnt skip the back exercise, if u have a dumbell u can do dumbell rows they work your back too
what happens if i skipped the pull ups and just do the other exercises.

Warm up with jumping jacks.
3 sets of 10-12 reps of each exercise.
30 Second rest between sets and 60 second rest between exercises.

If you rest less, you bild more muscles and your workout is more intense. !
Well, those reverse crunches, I can do 200 of them an still feel nothing LOL
There are a lot more better and efective exersices for abs.
