I’m 15, and all I think about it weight loss, weight gain, calories, how much I’ve exercised, measurements, anything like that. I’ve been like this for a long time, and I don’t want to develop an eating disorder. How can I get rid of these thoughts and focus on something else? It seems like nothing is working, and all it is doing is making me feel really down.

Hi.
Don’t worry about all that. Youre still really young, and you should be happy with the way you look.
Keep up with execise but dont obsess over it. Eat healthy food, but that doesnt mean tiny tiny portions of food that wont help you get through your day. Hm… Find a book to read to get yuor mind off it, and tell yourself you are fine the way you are.
Everyones beautiful, so dont beat yourself up because you cant weigh only 70 pounds like those gross models.

I am a newbie to yoga and feel great after I do it but have not noticed any signs of weight loss even after six months. I am just wondering whether to continue doing yoga or to combine yoga with other exercises that will give me results.

combine yoga with excercise no doubt but yoga alone does prevent weight “gain.” Afterall stress is a major cause of weight gain. Yoga helps keep you flexible and fit.
