I’ve been on the pill for many years. I’m almost 30 and my husband and I have decdided to have a baby. Everyone has been commenting that I’ve lost weight…even the men at work have commented. For me, this is usually a red flag to those around me because of my ongoing battle with anorexia. Honestly though, I’ve been recovering for atleast 5 years. I just keep telling everyone that it’s because I got off the pill. Has anyone else lost weight after getting off the pill? I’d say I’ve shed about 10 lbs…5’4 usually 120, now 110 on a small frame. Sounds normal to me. Is everyone else over reacting about the weight loss?

I read that a lot of people GAIN weight after going off of the pill.
Unintentional weight loss could be a sign of many things though. If you lost that 10lbs over a short period of time I suggest you go see a doctor so they can examine you to find out if it’s more than just going off of the pill.
